Georgian Airways is the national airline in Georgia.

The company’s history began in September 1994,

when the company Airzena began to operate certain

air traffic with Tbilisi International Airport as its

home airport.

In 1997, the company began to operate regular

flights according to timetable. In 1999, the company

merged with its competitor Air Georgia as Airzena

Georgian Airlines.

As of 2004, the company uses the current name.

Georgian Airways currently only operates

international flights with routes to Paris, Frankfurt,

Vienna, Amsterdam, Athens, Kiev, Dubai, Tel-Aviv

and Minsk.

In addition, the company also operates charter flights.
